Edit Tables
The Edit Tables setup allows
you to disable many fields within the system that you don't use. It also
allows you to customize the available options for many of the drop down
menus throughout the software.
Click on the
Edit Tables link located under the System
Tools header of the main Admin tab. The "Edit Lookup Tables"
screen opens.
This screen is broken up
into several sections. Click on the Active
link to disable a field. Click on the Inactive
link to re-activate the field. Inactive fields will not be displayed in
the software. Click on the Edit link
to customize the available options for the specified drop down menus.
Employee Additional Info
Use this section of the
screen to disable or edit the demographics section of the employee profile
screen. The following fields can be inactivated or edited:
SSN
Drivers
License
Expiration
Date
Infraction
Points
Drivers
License Notes
Nickname
Birthday
Gender
Marital
Status
Ethnicity
Disability
Military
Experience
Vietnam
Vet
Disabled
Vet
Smoker
Probation

Use this section to customize
the available options in various employee-related drop-down menus. The
available fields are:

Accrual Tables
Use this section to edit the drop-down menus in the Accruals section
of the program. The following fields can be edited:
Time Card Tables
Use this section to edit
the drop-down menus in the Time Cards section of the program. The following
fields can be edited:
HR Tables
Use this section to edit
the drop-down menus in the HR section of the program. The following fields
can be edited:
IQ Clock Tables
Use this section to edit
the drop-down menus in the IQ Clock section of the program. The following
fields can be edited:
