Editing and Deleting Existing Clock Profiles

Clock profiles are displayed in the main Clocks Setup section of the screen.

1. If you would like to view clock profiles that are assigned to a specific group only, make the desired selection from the Group Name drop-down menu.

2. The Sort by field allows you to select how the displayed list of time clock profiles will be grouped. Make the desired selections from the drop-down menu.

3. Click on the [DISPLAY] icon. The found clock profiles are displayed under the Clocks header.

To edit a clock profile, click on the link in the Clock ID field. To remove a clock profile from the system, click on the  icon located next to the displayed profile in the left-hand section of the screen, or click on the [DELETE] icon located at the top of the Clock Info screen. Click on the [DEACTIVATE] icon to remove a clock profile from the list of available clocks, but retain it in the system for later re-activation. Click on the [COPY] icon to copy the settings in the displayed clock profile to a new profile. Click on the [UPDATE] icon to save any changes made to the displayed clock profile.
