Company Information

This section of the program is where you enter your basic company information.  This setup is optional, and does not affect payroll processing, although the additional information may be useful in some of the program's HR and report related functions.
  1. Click on the main Admin navigation tab at the top of the screen, and then on the Company Information link, located under the Company section of the screen.

  2. Enter your Company Name as you would like it to appear in the software.

  3. Enter the first line of your company address into the Address Line 1 field.  This is usually your street address.

  4. Enter the second line of your company address into the Address Line 2 field.  This is usually an optional apartment or suite number.

  5. Enter the City in which your company is located.

  6. Enter the State in which your company is located.

  7. Enter your company's Zip Code.

  8. Enter your company's main phone number into the Phone field.

  9. Enter your company's main fax number into the Fax field.

  10. Enter your company's email address into the Email field.

  11. Enter your company's web address into the Home Page field.

  12. Specify a Default Time Offset. This setting will be used as the default for new web users who are logging into the system from different time zones.

  13. Specify the Company Code that all users must enter when logging into the TimeForce system.  This field can consist of letters, numbers or a combination of both.  There is no minimum or maximum number of required characters.

  14. Click on the [FINISH/SAVE] icon to save your company information.

TimeForce gives you the option of selecting a logo image to be printed in the header of your reports. The format of the selected image may be either ".jpg" or ".bmp." The optimal file size is 100 x 100.

This section of the software also allows you to change the labels on some of the field names throughout the TimeForce software. This is called International Settings.
