I am Using a New Hire Default

  1. Select “Use a default template for this employee,” and select the desired template from the drop down menu.

  2. Click on the [NEXT] icon to continue.

  3. Select whether you want to keep all default template values for this employee, or whether you want to modify the template values for this employee only.

    • If you have selected to keep all default values, click on the [FINISH/SAVE] icon to add the employee.

    • If you have selected to modify the template, click on the [NEXT] icon. This opens the default template setup screen. Browse through each screen and make the desired changes. Any changes made will be applied to this employee only. See New Hire Defaults for detailed instructions on the default template setup.
