How Do I Assign My Employees to a Minimum Hours Policy?

  1. Click on the main "Employee" navigation tab, and then on the "Pay Policies" sub-tab.

  2. Select the desired employee from the drop-down menus at the top of the screen.

  3. The Minimum Hours Policies section of the screen lists each policy that you have inserted into the system.  Put a check mark in the box next to each policy that you would like this employee to be assigned to.

  4. Click on the [SAVE] icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to save your changes.
