How Do I Modify, View Or Inactivate An Existing Pay Period?
Click on the main Admin navigation tab at the top of the screen, and then
on the Pay Periods link located
under the Company
section of the screen.
Each existing pay period is displayed under the Current Pay Periods
header of the main "Pay Periods" screen.
- Click on the View link to review
the settings of the selected pay period.
- Click on the [X] icon to inactivate the selected
pay period.
- Inactive pay periods are listed under the Inactive
Pay Periods header. The options to either activate or permanently
delete inactive pay periods are listed to the right.
Note: The Pay Period Daily Start Times
can be customized from the "Settings" setup located under the
System Tools section of the main Admin tab.
