How Do I Edit, View, Or Delete Existing Premium Pay Codes?

Editing or Viewing Existing Codes

Each existing policy is listed under the Premium Pay Codes header. To edit or view an existing policy, click on the Edit/View link in the column to the right of the policy information. View or modify the information as desired, and click on the [FINISH/SAVE] icon to save your changes.

Deleting Existing Codes

Each existing policy is listed under the Premium Pay Codes header. To inactivate an existing policy, click on the icon in the column to the right of the policy information.  Inactive policies are moved to the Inactive Premium Pay Codes section of the screen.
Note:
Deleting a Premium Pay Code will remove all assigned schedules, departments and employees from that policy.

To permanently remove an inactive pay code from the system, click on the icon located to the right of the desired code in the "Inactive Premium Pay Codes" section of the screen.
