When Should I Select the "Move One Day Forward" Option?

This option should only be used when an employee works a schedule that runs past midnight and is assigned to multiple premium pay polices.

Example: There are three premium pay policies, "7:00 - 15:00," "15:00 - 23:00" and "23:00 - "07:00." The employee works from 20:00 to 08:00 the following morning. In order for the employee to receive the premium from the "07:00 - 15:00" policy for the one hour from 07:00 to 08:00, the "07:00 - 15:00" premium pay code must have the "Move One Day Forward" option selected.
