How Do I Assign Employees To A Rounding Policy?

  1. Click on the main Employee tab, and then on the "Pay Policies" sub-tab.
  2. Select the desired employee from the drop-down menus at the top of the screen.
  3. Each existing policy is listed under the Rounding Policies header. Put a check mark in the box next to each rounding policy that you wish to apply to this employee.
  4. Click on the [SAVE] icon to save your changes.
Note: New Hire Defaults can also be used to assign rounding policies. Using defaults allows you to apply your company policies to multiple employees, eliminating the need for an employee-by-employee setup.
