How Do I Delete An Employee Profile?

Employees can only be deleted from the Administration section of the program.
  1. Click on the main Admin tab, and then on the Employee link, located under the Tools section of the screen.
  2. Select the desired employee from the Existing Employees drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Purge link, located to the right of the employee name.
Note: Purged employees can be restored from the Settings section of the main Admin tab. However, this option restores employee profile information only. Neither current nor historical hours and earnings totals can be restored.
