Special Instructions... ADP

• ADP requires that the export file be saved to the following location: "ADP/Utilities/Import/PayData."
• ADP also requires that the export file have a specific file name. This name is EXTPAY[Batch Number].[Company Code].
  Example: If the Company Code is 456, and the Batch Number is 01, then the file name would be "EXTPAY01.456."
• To import your hours and earnings totals, from ADP go to the following location: Menu/ADP/Utilities/Import/Paydata.
  This will import your TimeForce payroll information.
