Generic ASCII File Formats

The file formats vary depending on the type of export selected when the export template was created.

Daily Details

Field Name	Description
Code	The pay code that the displayed hours total is assigned to
EmpID	The ID of the employee in the TimeForce software
Fname	The employee's first name
Mname	The employee's middle name
Lname	The employee's last name
ShiftName	The name of the Schedule Rule that the displayed hours total is assigned to
Dept	The department level that the displayed hours total is assigned to
Date	The date assigned to the displayed hours total
HrType	The "Hours Type" assigned to this hours total (as in "Worked," "Absence," etc.).
Hrs	The total number of hours

Summary Totals
