How Do I Edit Or Delete A Review Schedule?
Editing or Viewing a Review Schedule
Each review schedule is listed under the Performance Review Schedule
header. To edit or view an existing schedule, click on the Edit/View link located to the right of the schedule information.
Modify or view the schedule as desired, and click on the [SAVE] icon.
Deleting a Review Schedule
Each review schedule is listed under the Performance Review Schedule
header. To delete an existing schedule, click on the Delete link located in the column to the right
of the schedule information.
Attaching a Document to a Review
If a Review has been detailed in a separate document or file, this file
can be uploaded to the TimeForce system and attached to the performance
review.
Note: This file cannot be opened and viewed by the TimeForce system,
but it can be accessed and downloaded from any workstation with access
to the TimeForce program.
Under
the Document header of the main
"Performance Reviews" screen, click on the [ADD DOCUMENT] icon.
The "HR Document" window opens.
Click
on the [BROWSE] icon located at the end of the Select
a document file to upload field.
In
the Explorer window that opens, browse to the directory where the desired
document file is stored. Double-click on the document file to select it.
Click on the [UPLOAD] icon to attach the
selected document to the HR Performance Review.
