Special Instructions for Customers who Have Upgraded to TimeForce from Gold Suite (1 or 2)

The way TimeForce handles Time & Attendance and Job Tracking data varies from what you are used to with Gold Suite 2.

In Gold Suite 2 your Time & Attendance data was separated from your Job Tracking data.  To access your  Time & Attendance data, you used Correct Working Punches.  The  Job Tracking data was accessed through Verify Converted Entries.

In TimeForce, both Time & Attendance and Job Tracking data are accessed from the main Time Cards section of the program.  Because the two types of punches are no longer separated, this means that a Job Tracking punch will simultaneously generate Time & Attendance data.

The most important benefit to this is that your employees no longer need to double-punch when punching into a job or task.  If an employee comes to work in the morning and punches into a job or task, a time & attendance "In"  punch is generated with the same entry.
