Groups and Suppliers

This section of the Job Settings screen allows you to create groups and suppliers.  Groups can be assigned to your job and task profiles.  Suppliers can be assigned to your equipment and material records.

Inserting Groups

  1. Under the Groups header on the right-hand side of the screen, click on the "Add Group" link.  The New Group window appears.

  2. Enter a Name and Description for this group.  These settings can contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both.  There is no minimum number of required characters.

  3. Click on the [ADD] icon to save the group.

Inserting Suppliers

  1. Under the Suppliers header on the right-hand side of the screen, click on the "Add Supplier" link.  The New Supplier window appears.

  2. Enter a Name and Code for this supplier.  These settings can contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both.  There is no minimum number of required characters.

  3. Click on the [ADD] icon to save the supplier.

Deleting Groups and Suppliers

Each existing group and supplier is listed under the appropriate header in the main Job Settings screen.  To delete a group or supplier, click on the [X] icon located to the right of the item in the list.
