Labor
The Labor section of the screen
displays hours and cost information for this job based on the job tracking
punches in the Time Cards section of the screen. This
section of the screen is broken up into several columns.
The
Task column displays the tasks
that employees have worked in conjunction with this job.
The
Actual column shows you the "Hour(s)"
and piece quantity, or "Qty" that have been calculated from
your employees' punches. The
labor "Cost" is calculated based on the settings specified under
the job profile.
The
Estimated column displays the
estimated "Hour(s)," "Qty" and "Cost" that
were specified when the job profile was created.
The
Difference column displays the
calculated difference between the estimated and actual "Hour(s),"
"Qty" and "Cost," along with a difference "Percent"
calculation.
To see job hours totals
broken down by employee, click on the [>] icon to the right of the
Labor header. Each
employee who worked on the job is listed, along with their hours totals
for the job. Hours
totals are broken down by regular and overtime. The
Actual Hours worked on the job are displayed, as well as the piece quantity
logged by each employee.
The job totals section
at the bottom compares the actual employee hours calculations with the
cost estimates specified in the job profile.

next to the Return to Summary
header to return to the previous screen. |
