Using Report Favorites

Favorite reports are run from the Report Bar section of the software.  Click on the main "Reports" navigation tab, and then on the Report Bar link, located directly below the main navigation tabs at the top of the screen.

This screen is divided into two sections. The Report Bar on the left-hand side of the screen displays the available TimeForce reports, and is broken up into "Favorites" and "Standard Reports."  The sections and favorites that you have created are listed in this area of the screen.

From the "Favorites" part of the screen, click on the favorite that you would like to view. The selected favorite is generated in the right-hand section of the screen. Each report is displayed in the position of the screen to which it was assigned when the favorite was created.

To edit the report criteria, click on the icon located to the left of the report title in the header at the top of the report. The report criteria that you specify is automatically saved.  Once set up, you will not have to re-enter report criteria each time the report is run (based on the settings specified when the favorite was created).

View each report as desired.  Select the Launch Report in Separate Window option to view the report in a new browser window (click on the [DISPLAY] icon to re-generate the report after selecting this option). Click on the [SAVE] icon to save the report to a separate file. Click on [PRINT] to print the report.
