- The 
 employee's Full Name is displayed 
 at the top of the screen.  To 
 select a different employee, make the desired selection from the Employee drop-down menu on the main 
 Time Cards screen before clicking 
 on the "Enter Disbursement" link. 
- Enter 
 the date that you would like to assign to this disbursement into the Date(s) section of the screen. Select 
 the first field if you would like this disbursement entry to count for 
 the current day only. Select the second field if you would like to insert 
 disbursements for a range of days. Click on the [CALENDAR] icon at the 
 end of each field to select the date from a calendar. 
- Put 
 a check mark in the Apply Daily Start 
 Time option if you would like disbursement entries to follow 
 the same daily start time rules as employee punches. For example, An employee 
 has a daily start time of 4 a.m. They enter a disbursement at 3:40 a.m. 
 The disbursement is pushed back to the previous work day. 
- Enter 
 the disbursement dollar Amount. 
  Do not 
 use a dollar sign, and remember to insert a decimal point in the appropriate 
 place.
 Example:  A 
 disbursement of $15 would be inserted as "15.00."
 
- Select 
 a disbursement Type from the drop-down 
 menu.  The 
 available options are, "Pay Adjustment," "Tips - Cash," 
 "Tips - Credit," and "Other." 
- If 
 you would like to assign this disbursement to a department level, make 
 the desired selection from the Department 
 drop-down menu. Click on the  icon to select the department 
 from a map. icon to select the department 
 from a map.
 
- If 
 you would like to assign a Job to this disbursement entry, make the desired 
 selection from the Job drop-down 
 menu. Click on the  icon to select the job from a map. icon to select the job from a map.
 Note: This option will 
 only be available if you are using the "Job Tracking" module 
 of the TimeForce system.
 
- If 
 desired, use the Reason field 
 to insert additional comments about the disbursement entry. 
- Click 
 on the [ENTER] icon to add the disbursement to the employee's time card.
