Clock Messages
The IQ 1000 gives you the
option of displaying a message on the face of the clock itself when your
employees punch in or out. These messages can be displayed to the entire
company, on a departmental basis, or individually to specific employees.
Log into the TimeForce
system as an Administrator user, and then click on the main “Admin” navigation
tab located at the top of the screen.
The clock options are located
under the Clock Controls section
of the screen. Click on the “Clock Messages” link. The “IQ 1000 Messages”
screen opens.
The left-hand side of the
screen is broken up into three sections:
IQ
1000 Company Messages, IQ 1000
Department Messages, and IQ 1000
Employee Messages. The right-hand side of the screen is labeled
Message Info, and displays the
settings of the selected message.
