Company Administration
The Company Administration section is where you enter the serial number
that was provided with purchase of your TimeForce system. This
enables the modules and additional options that you have purchased (as
in, Job Tracking, Network Time Clock, Multi-Company Support, etc.).
The TimeForce system allows you to track multiple companies within a
single database. Each
company is set up with unique user names and a Company Code specific to
that company profile. When
logging into the TimeForce system, the specified username, password and
Company Code determines the company profile that is opened. This
section is where you company profiles are created and managed.
Note: You will only be allowed
to create multiple companies if you have purchased the Multi-Company Support
option.
