Employee Main
The Employee Main screen allows you to easily view and maintain your employee
profiles.
This screen is broken up into several sections:
- Employee Identification:
Displays the employee name, ID and card number.
- Contact Information:
Contains the selected employee's contact information, such
as address, phone/fax numbers and email address.
- Employee Status:
Displays various pieces of status information about the selected employee,
such as hire/termination date, assigned department level, supervisor,
etc.
- Schedule Defaults:
Allows you to select a default Schedule Rule assignment. This rule will
be applied to any schedule created for the employee that does not have
a Schedule Rule specified.
- Job Tracking Defaults:
Displays the employee's default Job and Task assignment. This information
will be assigned to the employee's punches when no other job/task information
is specified. This information will also be assigned when invalid job/task
information is specified by the employee.
Note: This section only appears if you are using TimeForce's
"Job Tracking" module.
- IQ 1000:
Displays various information about this employee related to the IQ 1000
time clock.
Note: This section only appears if you are using an IQ
1000 time clock, and if you have enabled the IQ 1000 settings in the TimeForce
system. The IQ 1000 Password
is also used as the password for Network Time Clocks.
- Additional Info:
Displays additional information about the employee, such as social security
number, birthday, and demographics.
If you would like to filter the list of available employees by the department
that they are assigned to, select the desired department from the Department
drop-down menu. Select "All Employees" if you do not wish
to filter the list of available employees.
Select the employee that you wish to view from the Employee drop-down
menu at the top of the screen. Click
on the icon to search for an employee by last name, employee
ID, card number, or social security number. Click
on the [<] or [>] icons to scroll to the previous or next employee.
