Custom Fields

Custom Fields allow you to change the label of certain fields within your Job Profiles to match the data that you would like to track.

From the main "Job Tracking" section of the software, click on the "Job Settings" link located at the top of the screen.  The Custom Fields section is located in the lower left-hand section of the screen.

The default custom field labels are as follows:

  • User Field 1: Category

  • User Field 2: Location

  • User Field 3: Reference

  • User Field 4: Account#

  • Group Name: Group

  • Job Code: Export Code

Enter the desired labels for your customized fields.  These labels can contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both.

Once you have entered the desired custom labels, click on the [SAVE] icon located directly under the Custom Fields section of the screen.
