Using Job Tracking

As your employees punch into and out from jobs and tasks, those punches are stored by the time clock until you download them using the ClockLink utility.  Job Tracking data is downloaded and processed from the clock simultaneously with your employees' Time & Attendance data.

Your employees' job tracking punches are displayed in the main Time Cards section of the program.

The Job Summary section calculates costs for your jobs and tasks based on the punches that were received from the time clock.  If you are using the program's "estimated vs. actual" functionality, this data is also found in the Job Summary section of the program.
