Inserting a "Comp Time" Absence

When an employee uses comp time hours, an absence must be inserted into the system that is assigned to a comp time absence code. Any hours assigned to a comp time absence code will be deducted from the employee’s available comp time hours.

Absences can be inserted at any time by clicking on the Enter Absence link located at the top of the main Time Card screen.

Note: Before you can insert absences, you must first set up your absence codes from the "Admin" section of the software.
