Clock Controls

This section of the program allows you to define some of the settings that the ClockLink utility will use with your time clocks.

Clock Settings

Use this section to enter basic Clock Info such as Clock ID, Model, and Description, as well as allowed Card, Job and Task ranges.

When using a model IQ 1000 time clock, this section is also where you define the Allowed Periods, Employees, and Departments that will be used with the clock.

Clock Messages

This section applies to the model IQ 1000 time clock only, and is where the "Company," "Department" and "Employee" messages that will be displayed on the face of the clock itself as employees clock in or out are created.

Finger Templates

When using the fingerprint options of an IQ 600 or IQ 1000 time clock, the ClockLink utility is used to upload your stored finger templates to the TimeForce database. This allows you to keep a backup of your templates, and to transfer the templates from one clock to another. This section of the program allows you to manage the templates being stored in the program database.
