Setting Up Job Tracking
Before your employees can begin clocking into and out from jobs and
tasks at the time clock, you must first create profiles of the jobs and
tasks that they will be working.
Creating a profile allows you to insert detailed information about the
job or task to which the profile belongs. This
is also where you define the number that employees will use when clocking
in to or out from this job or task at the clock.
Estimated cost information can also be inserted into the job or task
profile. Once
employees have begun clocking into jobs and tasks, the number of actual
hours and cost are displayed and compared against your estimated projections.
