"Allocate Hours" Permissions
By default, the "Allocate Hours" option is not enabled for
"Employee” or “Supervisor” users. The system does not allow you to
edit the default security roles. There are two methods of enabling this
option for your users:
Assign the user to
a “Customized Rights” security role. This allows you to manually specify
user access rights on an individual basis. See Creating
a Customized Rights User for more information.
Assign the user to
a customized security role. Customized security roles allow you to manually
create a user type with the desired user permissions enabled. Assigning
users to a customized security role prevents you from having to grant
user permissions on an individual basis. See Creating Customized Security
Roles for more information.
