Screen Format

The displayed date range is shown in the header at the top of the screen. Use the arrow icons on either side of the header to scroll through pay periods. The [>] icons scroll through one week's worth of punches at a time. The [>>] icons scroll by pay period or week (depending on the View setting).

The time card screen is shown in a table format, with each column representing a day of the week. The column on the left-hand side of the screen shows the row headers. The time clock punches, total hours, overtime hours, lunch deductions, assigned department level, and job and task hours all will be shown as rows in the table.

The pay period hours totals are displayed in the box at the bottom of the screen, which is labeled with the pay period date range. Click on the icon to view a breakdown of pay by the hour.

Click on the [RECALCULATE EMPLOYEE] link in the lower right-hand corner of the Pay Period totals box to recalculate hours totals after changes to the time and attendance data have been made.
Note: Clicking on this option will remove all pay period verification for this pay period, and could take as long as 30 minutes to process (depending on the size of your database, and the speed of your machine).

Click on the [DEPARTMENT & PREMIUM HOURS] icon to view hours totals by department or premium pay code which are broken up into "Regular," "Overtime" and "Total" hours.
