Disciplinary Scales
Disciplinary Scales are
created that define how many Error Points are allowed on an employee's
time card before a specific course of disciplinary action is taken. Employees
are then assigned to a scale, allowing supervisors to view a Disciplinary
Action Warning from the Supervisor Dashboard section of the Time Card
screen. This warning calculates the number of Error Points earned by each
employee, and displays the suggested course of disciplinary action, as
defined by the scale.
