Company
The Company section allows you to enter your serial number and enable your
program options. This
section of the program is also where your company address and department
information is inserted into the system.
- Company
Administration: This section of the setup is where you
enter your serial number, enabling the program modules and options that
you have purchased. For
customers using the Muti-Company Support option, this is also where multiple
company profiles are created and managed.
- Company
Information: Insert your
company address and contact information. You can also upload a Company
Logo image that will be printed on reports. This section is also where
you define the Company Code that all users must enter when logging into
the TimeForce system.
- Department
Structure: This section allows you to setup a detailed breakdown
of your company department structure. Employees are then assigned to a
"default department," allowing you to view and print time and
attendance totals on a departmental basis. With the right model of time
clock, employees can also clock in with a specific department number,
and transfer departments throughout the day.
- Error Defaults:
This section of the program allows you to set up a default template for
Error Monitoring that will be applied to all new employees entered into
the system. These
default settings can be changed for a specific employee at any time from
the "Employee" section of the screen.
- Error Point
Setup: This section allows you to specify a number of "points"
for each time card error. As
these errors accumulate on an employee's time card, the number of points
acquired increases accordingly.
